Refund policy

We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products and we assure you nothing but the best. We have also described and photographed all products as accurately as possible. However, as these are handmade items, there can be instances where pattern placement, size and colour may vary slightly.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, do drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for exchange, along with a picture of the product.

If your exchange is due to an error by MyRumahTropikal whereby a wrong or damaged product was shipped, we will happily provide you with a replacement of the damaged product if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. If this is not available, we will refund your payment accordingly.

If the exchange is due to any other reason, such as sizing, you will be responsible for the shipping and any other associated costs of the exchange. Please return your item(s) using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the item(s) to reach us in their original condition.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued for returned item(s) that have been used.
The Exchange Policy will not be applicable after 7-days.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
